
Over the years, our company has developed an innovative set of four complementary service centers: consulting, training, mentoring, and technical writing.
All of Mynsoft instructors are consultants that apply the technologies that they teach in real projects on a daily basis. We believe that being able to communicate and explain new concepts is an art and must be based on a solid hands-on experience. Our training team can develop an appropriate training program that is well-adapted to an organization, analyze and validate an existing training plan, develop and perform training activities that fit the real needs of a given client.
To support effective knowledge transfer, the Administrative Direction has set up a mentoring service as a complement to the training service. This formula allows individuals to measure an validate their understanding of the newly acquired concepts and skills in their working environment with the help of an expert. This is the most natural follow-up for the traditional classroom training.
Finally, we recently added a Technical Writing Department to complement the set of services that Mynsoft provides. Our technical writers can produce technical specifications and user documentation for software applications, develop process and methodology descriptions, and write high-quality training materials.
