It is important to understand that Mynsoft offers mentoring services that complete and extend our training services. Our mentors are specialists who take pride in successfully transferring their knowledge.

Mentoring is especially useful in the context of change management. When a new technology or a new methodology is developed and must be implemented in an organization, a well-structured change management effort often makes the difference between success and failure. In most cases, only an experienced provider can manage risks and typical human behavior such as resistance to change and to the unknown and will demonstrate the capacity to provide viable and reliable winning solutions.
